Create & print your QR code
Download your location's QR code, print a ready-made flyer, or embed a check-in button on your website.

Get the code
- Select QR code in the sidebar.
- From there you can:
- copy your check-in link (the field selects itself when clicked; use Copy);
- download the QR as PNG or SVG;
- open the printable flyer — a one-page poster with your logo, the code, and simple instructions (print it or use Download PDF);
- copy an embed snippet for adding a check-in button to your own website.
Print the flyer at your entrance and counter height. The same page also holds your Lobby board link (see the display board guide).
Your QR code and link are stable — changing settings, services, or workflow never breaks them.
Resources have their own QR codes on the Resources page — one per room or device.
Windowed locations: there's no per-window QR — windows are serving positions, not separate queues. Your normal location QR joins the same take-a-number line, and the lobby-tablet setup QR lives on Manage windows (see Kiosk & now-serving board).
Test it
Scan the printed code with a phone camera and make sure it opens your check-in page.
