Add a resource
Create a room or equipment queue, set its reservation length, and publish its QR code.

Steps
- Select Resources in the sidebar.
- In Add a resource, enter a name customers will recognize — "Study Room A", "3D Printer".
- Set Reservation minutes — how long each person gets before it auto-frees (you can extend individual reservations later).
- Select + Add resource.
The resource appears with its own card showing a QR code, a QR & print page (flyer with Download PDF), and its own Display board link.
Configure it later
Expand Edit resource on the card to rename it, change the minutes, set a short Code (used in
reference codes like 260730-SRA-001), or Disable it temporarily — a disabled resource takes no
new joins but finishes its current reservation.
If the QR code leaks (someone photographs it and reserves from home): open the resource's QR & print page and use Rotate QR code — the old code stops working instantly (a saved copy shows "this code has been replaced"), current reservations keep flowing, and you land on the new print page to swap the door signage.
Deleting: the same panel has Delete resource — allowed only while the resource has no reservation history (perfect for test rooms or mistakes). Once real reservations exist, deletion is blocked to protect that history — Disable it instead; past reservations stay searchable.
Plan limits
Your plan caps how many resources a location can have, how many people can wait for each one, and how many resource reservations it can take per day (metered separately from your main check-ins). See Plans, quotas & limits for the numbers.
Test it
Scan the resource QR with your phone, join with your own email, and watch it auto-assign to you (as the only person in line, assignment is immediate). Then release it from your status page.
