Set up the lobby display board
A read-only screen for your waiting room showing the live queue — with name privacy you control.
Requires Location Admin to configure; the board itself needs no login
Open the board
The Display board link is in your sidebar, on the QR code page, and right in the Live queue header on the dashboard. Open it on the waiting-room TV or tablet — it needs no login, updates live, and shows no contact details, ever.
Choose how names appear
- Open Settings and expand Queue display & privacy.
- Pick a board name style:
- Ticket number only (default, most private) — the room sees "#12", and each customer knows their number from their phone and email.
- First name + last initial — "John S."
- First name only — "John"
- Select Save.
If the board link leaks
The board address contains an unguessable token. If it's ever shared where it shouldn't be, open the QR code page and select Rotate link — the old address stops working immediately (any screen using it must be re-pointed), and a new one is issued.
