Rapid one-tap serving ("✓ Done — next")

When the line is moving fast, one big button completes the current customer and calls the next in the same beat — no per-ticket taps.

Any staff holding a window

Windowed mode. Appears automatically whenever your window holds live tickets — no setting.

What it does

At a busy counter, the per-ticket cards are too slow — you just want "done, next, done, next." When your window holds live tickets, the console shows one big ✓ Done — #N button: a single tap completes the customer you're serving (the oldest one first, with truthful timestamps even if they were still in "called"), and — with auto-call on — the next customer is called in the same beat.

When to use which

  • Rapid button: the line is flowing and each service is quick. Tap, serve, tap.
  • Per-ticket cards: exceptions — a no-show, a recall to the queue, or serving out of order. The cards never go away; the big button is just the fast path.

There is no mode to switch and nothing to configure — the button appears whenever it's useful and stands aside when it isn't.
