The Overview page & Set up guides
One page with your share links, live status, and this week's numbers — plus step-by-step guides that check themselves off as your setup progresses.

Overview — your location at a glance
Overview (first item in the menu) answers three questions without a single further click:
- Where do I share my link? Every outward link — customer check-in (+ its QR), the shared room code, per-room links — under Share with your customers, each with one-tap Copy. Below it, Set up once on a screen: the kiosk for a tablet, the boards for your TVs.
- Is anything happening right now? Live tiles: waiting, in progress, windows staffed, rooms in use.
- How was this week? Check-ins vs the prior week, no-shows, average wait, today's capacity (admins).
📧 Email me these links sends the whole set to your inbox so it's never lost. Staff see the same page minus the admin cards — nothing on anyone's screen leads somewhere they can't go.
Set up guides — how-to, with your own links
Set up guides (menu → Set up) are step-by-step checklists for every business shape and capability — "I'm a barbershop, how do I set up online check-in?" — where step 4's "your board is here" is your actual board link, and steps check themselves off as your setup progresses (workflow configured, QR printed, team invited). Amber-numbered steps will turn into checkmarks; gray ones are things we can't verify for you, like pasting your link on your website.
