Find a customer
Select Customers in the sidebar and search by any part of a name, phone, email, or address.
The customer page
Shows their contact details, marketing-consent state, and every visit at your location with statuses and notes.
- Edit (Admins) — fix contact details; the form appears in place.
- Delete (Admins) — removes the customer and their whole history at your location, permanently. You'll type-confirm first. Use it for data-deletion requests; use ticket-level cleanup for everything else.
Where records live
Customer records are per location, and a business-wide directory (Customers in the business console) searches across your locations. Records never cross between unrelated businesses — another business using SiteCheckin can never see your customers, and vice versa.
