Contact SiteCheckin support
How to reach SiteCheckin support from inside the app — try Ask AI or the help center first, then send a support request that reaches our team and gets a reply by email.
Available to any staff or admin at a location
Need a hand with SiteCheckin itself? You can reach our support team without leaving the app.
Try a quick answer first
Most questions have an instant answer, so before you send a request:
- Ask AI — if the Ask AI panel is on for your location, ask your question there. It answers from this help center and your location's settings (it can't see customer data or change anything).
- Search the help center at /help — setup, check-in, queues, rooms, QR codes, team, reports, and more.
Send a support request
If that didn't solve it, open Contact support. You'll find it in a few places on any staff page:
- the account menu (top-right) → Contact support,
- the page footer → Contact support,
- the bottom of the Ask AI panel → Contact support,
- or from this help center — the Contact support link opens it for you.
Then:
- Enter a short Subject.
- Pick a Category (Billing, Bug, How-to, Feature request, Other) and a Priority (Low, Normal, High, Urgent).
- Describe the issue in How can we help? — for a bug, include the steps that lead to it.
- Click Send request.
You'll see a confirmation, and our team replies to your email — you can reply to that email any time to add more detail. Each request is tracked on our side so nothing gets lost.
How many can I send?
There's a generous daily limit to keep things tidy: up to 10 requests per person per day and 30 per location per day (plus a short pause if you send several within a couple of minutes). If you see "You've reached today's support-request limit," you've hit that cap — for anything urgent in the meantime, email support@sitecheckin.net directly.
What we can see
A request includes your name, your email, which location and business you're in, your plan, the app version, and the page you were on — just enough context to help you quickly. It never includes your customers' information.
Prefer email?
You can always email us directly at support@sitecheckin.net. If you don't see the in-app "Contact support" option, it hasn't been enabled for your business yet — email works in the meantime.
This isn't the customer chat
"Contact support" reaches SiteCheckin (the company) about the product. It's separate from the on-ticket customer ↔ staff messaging your location can offer its own customers — see Message customers — Call for help & ticket chat.
